2011 FUNDRAISING DINNER AND AUCTION
- A MAJOR SUCCESS!
On Saturday 25th June at the Italian Centre in Adelaide, the Peace Trust was delighted to have Steffen Lehmann, Professor of Sustainable Design & Behaviour from the University of South Australia as the Guest Speaker at the Peace Trust Dinner. The Dinner was a huge success with over 170 guests attending and huge interest in our Silent Auction.
The Dinner and Silent Auction was also an opportunity for us to announce our major grant of $10,000 which was awarded to the No String Attached, Theatre of Disability. The grant will be used towards the creative development of a theatre piece about the place and meaning of ‘home’ in the lives of 16 disabled adult 
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander performers.
The Peace Trust would like to thank all the Supporters, Volunteers and attendees of the dinner for their generous support, without this support it would not be possible to host the dinner and present our annual grants.
